What working with TWTP looks like:
As an independent contractor with TWTP, you will have the rights and privileges that all independent contractors should have.
What you get to decide:
- Your regular rate
- Your holidays
- Reimbursement structure
- mileage and portal
- When you do and don’t want to be contacted
- Cancellation and VRI policies
- and more!
TWTP’s interpreting department is driven by its interpreters for all interpreters. We encouraged y’all to join our town halls to provide feedback on community and business standards are possibly changing and trends you’re noticing as a larger community. This allows TWTP to negotiate more accurate business contracts to ensure interpreters are keeping up with business practices and standards.
