Frequently Asked Business Questions
I’ve tried to call but no one is answering!
We are a small team and all have full time jobs in addition to volunteering for The Willow Tree Project. We aren’t always able to answer the phone. E-mail is the best form of communication for all of us. Check out our Contact Us section to figure out the best email address to send your communications to.
How much do your interpreting services cost?
We have different rates depending upon your organizational structure. Please reach out to us at interpreting@thewtp.org for further information about the cost of our services.
How far in advance should I request interpreting services?
Ideally you would request services in 30+ days to ensure interpreter availability. Any requests less than 30 days will be more difficult to find available interpreters. If it is a recurring event, we suggest scheduling all of them and adjusting when needed rather than requesting closer to the date to ensure an interpreter is present to provide services.
Do I have the authority to request interpreting services?
When reaching out to us, please make sure you have the ability to sign out Terms of Service or will be able to get the signature of someone that can. Our Terms of Service are legally binding as they would be for any other service you contract out.
We’ve never worked with an interpreter before, how does this work?
